Beautiful hotel,exceptional staff
My husband and I stayed in Boracay Mandarin for our honeymoon last September 16-19,2024. I have forgotten to book our transfers, but their concierge are good enough to book us even on a last-minute basis. From the driver to the boatmen; they were all great and friendly. The hotel is still not fully functional as the other side is still being built, and the spa too, but that didn't hinder them from providing us with a quality stay in the hotel. The room we booked was big size and has a balcony with a pool view. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection and changes daily. Additionally, the staff was excellent in executing the surprise birthday dinner that my husband had planned for me. Please extend my gratitude to your lovely staff namely, Lovely,Jerome,Roshan,(concierge), Jovelyn of housekeeping, Sam of poolside bar and resto, Eugene (manager of Mamma Mia restaurant), Kate and Aris (our server that day- husband's surpise dinner for me), Berkley from La Fiesta restaurant and the rest of the hotel staff who are very friendly and accommodating. P.S. The ladies offering water/land activities are awesome too; I just forgot their names. I hope you keep up the standards of maintaining the top-notch service quality, and please value your staff who's dedicated and hard-working; they are the key people that will keep your hotel flourishing. Again, massive thank you to all of them. Our stay is definitely memorable because of how your staff treated us. I am looking forward to the spa being built and surely will be booking our trip again in your hotel in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel; it is worth every penny spent.
The spa is not built yet, and some weak spots of WiFi. I think it's minor, I'm sure they can provide a better service soon, plus they had offered massage services should the guests need it.
